RARE. First record for Madison County! Closest known breeding population is at Shores Lake ~50 miles south of this location. Small nuthatch with brown cap extending down over the eyes. Associating with two Red-breasted Nuthatches. Photos and audio recording. Exact location: 36°13'28.0"N 93°41'07.6"W
