Observation details
First noticed it being pursued by a CORA, noted comparatively smaller size and relatively stiff wing beats. Then followed it in scope, at which point I was able to see a white tail band followed by a dark terminal band, both on upper and lower sides of tail. Tail was short and wide, fanned out when circling. Wings were deep relative to tail length. As it was circling I took a few digiscope pics which, due to distance and lighting conditions, don’t show much detail. Seemed likely to have risen from area between here and Wonderland Lake
