Observation details

Identified by person that is better with peeps. Juvenile bird due to limited feather wear and brighter tones. Primary projection extends past the tail, bright multicolor scaly pattern on the back, strong contrasting eyebrow pattern, short droopy bill, with a faint warmth around the breast. Birds larger and heavier build also point towards WRSA.
