***Very rare - Black and white warbler with distinct facial pattern, yellow dot on lore, thick, curved black stripes on face. Black streaks on flanks, back light gray with single, white contrasting wingbar. White belly, undertail coverts. Refound in small, scrubby pine at Linear Park, briefly teed up in bare, dead tree. By the time I left, the bird was nearly to the west end of Linear Park by the wooden structure, fraternizing with YRWA and PAWA. Have poor photo tba
