Observation details

Submitting this record for someone else and I was not present. I thought either of these two will be a great record for the area. Bird was captured as a bycactch during scientific research. Bird was extracted as soon as it hit the net and released after a quick picture.Without measurement, I don't feel safe calling either of these. If the bird doesn't leave with the cold front, hopefully we will be able to recap it and take some measurements. Pic to followed
