Observation details
Head infused with more red than a red-naped, farther down the back of the neck; white supercilium infused with red toward the back leaving only a white dot above the eye. Breast with a red-infused black bib. Back with two separate white barred areas like a red-naped. Found in a pistache tree 60-70 feet south of the construction fence around the library. Sorry about the cell phone photos--always bring the good camera!!!
