Observation details

Found at the northwest corner of the Carnousti neighborhood of Ocean Colony at a little park area near the end of Bayhill Road and adjacent to Redondo Beach Road. I first spotted the bird with goldfinches in low landscaping vegetation in the little park. It then flew to street trees on Bayhill and then eucalyptus trees along Redondo Beach Road before I lost it. Vireo with olive back, pale underparts washed with yellow, dark crown and line through the eye, whitish supercilium, unmarked dark wings, and large bill. I managed one poor but serviceable photo.
