Observation details
First saw it backlit and far and my immediate impression was CCSP but couldn’t see it well enough to eliminate CHSP. Not proud to admit but after pishing for a while without success I used Merlin to call it in and got a great close look at overall sandy color clear lores gray nape and tan lower back. It was around the hay bales / mulch piles at (38.9355797, -77.4041222). I think it’s only my second time ever seeing this sp, been looking for one here since high school so nice to finally get it here. I think I actually had a dream about finding one here one time. Honestly they are probably a semi-annual fall migrant through this place and the above likely just reflects my inability to find them. Got one video through binocs from which a screenshot is attached
