Observation details

Continuing; initially picked out early as small pint sized gull across the lake "candidate" eventually it stretched its wings confirming ID. Then flew over to field where we got great looks (~0830) BOGU-upperwing, dark underside of primaries, dark "ROGU-ish" collar, red bill and red legs; off and on views over lake; at dirt mounds at 1030
