Observation details

Rare but expected migrant through midtown. Buffy rail with yellow beak and white stripes on the wing. Target, state lifer. At least one state lifer down despite not getting the Arctic Warbler today. One guy with a big camera kept bumping into me when taking photos, whose distasteful action prompted the early departure.
