Observation details
Heard classic “off-brand wiwa” harsh call from small scrub patch on south end ~0.5 mile west from parking area on dam (41.2209, -103.8167). Call followed by a soft hard rattle. small wren, chocolate brown with tan eyeline, tan throat, and rich brown underparts. Responded to PAWR call, but did not vocalize in response to calls. Photos.
