Observation details

Was alerted first by the smacking chip. Hopped along the edge of a dirt road for a bit. Gray hood with white arcs around eye, greenish-yellow to yellow coloration for the rest of the body. Terrible binocular pic here. (38.1518717, -122.3633590). Construction crews present making access more difficult than normal.
