Observation details
Large gray accipitrine hawk with large white spots on back, long gray banded tail. A bit of a supercilium but not a really prominent one. I saw this bird very close up, it is too large to be a SSHA; it's either a very gray immature COHA or a very under-eyebrowed immature AGOS. Thoughts?
