Observation details

Potential Hybrid? This woodpecker looked much larger than any Downey Woodpeckers present, and had long and large bill like HAWO but has black markings on the outer tail feathers like a DOWO. Comparing photos the birds look significantly different in size and bill lengths. Appreciate review.
