Observation details

ID'd after the fact based on photos. I saw gulls way out at one point that struck me as being really small and I took photos of them thinking they were just the Sabine's way off. After reviewing photos I realized these were not matches for Sabine's and after consulting the NA Gulls Facebook group, they were determined to be 1st cycle Little Gull's based on the simple black M arcs on the wings instead of full dark triangles over the coverts and a lack of dark tips through the secondaries. The small size I thought I saw lends to the ID as well. Photos are cropped in a lot, but diagnostic.
