Observation details

**RARE | found by Chris Bartlett in NB waters around the Old Sow. We stayed with it for a while and luckily (but with some encouragement) it moved towards Johnson Cove and into Maine waters. Cool looking subadult: "Alternate I Plumage" looking like an adult but with a partially gray hood and some black remaining in the tail.
