Observation details

The gull was swimming near the Ring-billed Gulls, not far from the Sandhill Cranes. Looked to be smaller than the other gulls. It's back looked "scaly", and its head was light gray. So a young bird. Got an ok photo for ID purposes. Picture bird suggested Sabine's Gull as did Merlin. A Lifer for me!
