Observation details

One of the continuing immatures, this time following fishing boats and hunting in the shallows of both Asotin and Whitman counties. Initially seen after we fled a downpour -- as luck would have it, spotted it from our car as we waited out the rain, then got stellar looks at her as she foraged. Gorgeous bird.
