Observation details

Small flycatcher with dark brownish gray upper parts. There were two narrow pale wing-bars on each wing, the upper wing-bar consisted of a line of small pale spots. It had long wing projections, and its tail was short and notched. Its upper chest and sides of its underparts were a brownish gray wash, and the rest of its underparts were pale/white. There was also a distinct pale eye-ring around each eye that was wider/bolder behind each of its eyes. Many thanks to "Google" for allowing birders to be in their parking area, and to even provide refreshments for all of the birders.
