Observation details

Known bird found by Paul didn't get last name. With Semipalmated Plovers on mudflat. Had a darker face, with tan over bill. Bill seemed heavier than Semipalmateds. Upper breast band was dark and larger especially on sides than Semipalmated. Legs were mostly covered in mud but hinted at orange coloring.
