Observation details

One bird seen very close, other a little further. Pale underwing with dark carpal bar present. Pale upperparts with darker M visible. Head with white forehead and pale grey partial collar. Darker grey patch surrounding eye distinctive in the paler shawl. Surprised to see these birds in this close to the African coast.
