Observation details

Large Cyrornis. Dark bill with extensive yellow base and hooked tip. Large dark brown eye, subdued buff-grey eye- ring and lores, feathering immediately around bill base dark brown. Upperparts uniform brown, slightly warmer brown on tail. Pale buff tips to a few greater coverts. Throat whitish, chest sides brown, central and lower breast with light grey mottling/scalloping. Belly white with flanks yellow-brown. Legs very pale pink with whitish claws.
