Observation details
Though I was far from the water, Merlin flagged this. However, might it have detected an actual call, maybe in a flyover? I got to the edge of this annex's woods and peered out to the reservoir. There was an egret which had not been there earlier. Could be chance, or maybe it really was heard by Merlin.
