Observation details
Flagged rare. Circling the sod farm with a single BBPL when I first arrived. I eventually relocated them foraging together with KILLs in the southern field (37.068074,-79.104142). Prominent superciliums and no black armpits seen in flight. Distant scope photos obtained of a couple individuals. Did not appear to be present at the end of the observation period.
