Observation details

Known breeding location, but wow - the offshore rock was thick with boobies (and a few frigatebirds). Vast majority were Cocos/Brown type and I counted at least 14 adult males that showed obvious (and variable) amounts of white on the head, some of which had fully white heads. Given the few amount of adult males with all black heads, this is definitely a conservative number.
