In grass, very shy. Very pale lores. Heavily striped breast. Under tail coverts buffy (not white as Savanna sp.) Grey streaking on back. Flight "weak,"for short distances. No calls or chips. Likely a hatch year bird. Location was just south of the sand mat carpet from main Siesta Beach parking area. Thanks to Bob Clark assisting in finding the bird, and Sarasota Young Birder Roland B., and John G. for review of this sighting.
