Observation details
Initially observed as it chased a bug over the water before perching on the south side of the lagoon here-ish 33.383596,-112.303393, flew out a couple of times before disappearing to the north. Clean contrast from dark uppers and white below. Tail pretty worn so only hints of white tip. Poor but diagnostic pics as it perched between us and the sun.
