Observation details

Not completely sure about this one, but it sounded kinda like RHWO to me in the field. Heard call twice, only got audio of the second call. Sounded like it was moving from tree to tree and didn't come back. After listening to the brief audio I'm not really sure, maybe just a RBWO that sounds a bit off. Admittedly I've only heard RHWO a couple of times but it sounds different to me, like RBWO but hoarser.
