Observation details

MObs. Found earlier today and ID'ed from photos by Clifford Rostek! Refound by Michelle Martin. Great views of very small black-capped gull with reddish bill, black legs and prominent white eye arcs. White apical spots visible on folded black primaries. Slight pinkish blush visible on chest. An unusual lighter patch on it's black crown. Photos and video available.
