Observation details

Continuing on entrance road to Confluence SP. Both individuals circling low overhead. Perched and preened for at least 10 mins. Striking kite with long, sharply pointed wings and a long, deeply forked tail. White head, and underparts, including underwing coverts. Dark upperparts and flight feathers. Wrist darker and less iridescent than remainder of upperwing. Photos and video. (38.8362985, -90.1303259)
