Media notes

Found what was likely this bird's territory, although multiple recording attempts were frustrated by its frequent movement from one tree to another. Stayed around watching other birds and was finally rewarded with an extended period of singing with the bird in view almost directly overhead. Although not strictly musical, I've always liked this song tremendously. It's the voice of the summer woods. Normalized to -3 dB except for voice announcement at -10 dB. 32-bit/96 kHz WAV file (except voice announcement at 32-bit/48 kHz) edited with Ocenaudio. Unfiltered.
