Observation details

Found and reported the previous evening by T. Gilliland. (Nice find!) We scope viewed the geese and ducks, located "roosting" in the water, at the northern end of the sandbar from about midpoint on the sandbar looking north. The Whistling Duck was seen amongst the mallards on the more eastern side of the sandbar. It stood out with it's long neck and pink bill. Extremely poor photos due to low light/darkness at this early hour, but identifiable.
