Observation details

On mud flat at Lake Waco Beach area, Texas. Single bird in mottled breeding plumage with black under neck and into belly. Flight shot seems to show black armpit indicative of Black Bellied Plover. Also considered Am. Golden Plover; but in flight views led me to choose BBPL.
