Observation details
Flock of about 40 flying together up river at starting point of this checklist, not near colony, presumably migrating. Long low bank on river left near beginning of this checklist has lots of bans burrows along top, but no birds seen there. Bank in photo has burrows and was seen around 11:45 at next bend past Bayer's Woodyard, heard/saw a few BANS there.Also Keno Bend has a few burrows but no birds.
