Observation details
A flock of lighter colored shorebirds flew in in front of the Canada geese while I was watching a spot closer to the road that had 6 stilt sandpipers. The 6 near the road were in near breeding plumages most without any dark orange/red on their face. The stilts that were near the geese were a mix of plumages with many lighter colored on their chest and belly having lost a lot of the dark streaking. I have a photo that I can see 24 in and the other 6 were separate from them at the time I took the photo. The 3rd photo is a cropped photo of the one with 24 but only shows some of the stilts - just in case you can't zoom in on the original
