Observation details

Localisé par quelques Geais bleus. Se déplace un peu dans le boisé sous les attaques et émet des cris rauques. Contre-attaque aussi. Petite tête, ventre roux, longues pattes fines. Longue queue étroite avec barres sombres. À peine plus gros qu’un Geai bleu. Merlin ne reconnait pas les cris de l’épervier. In the uploaded audiofiles, the Sharp-Shinned Hawk is the only unidentified bird sounds. The bird emits calls/sounds which are raucous and brief when attacked by Blue Jays. 2 to 4 sounds at a time.
