Observation details
Imm; appeared dark. Very large, big wingspan, heavy beak. Aroused a raptor-style freakout from the locals - alarm calls, mobbing by cockatoos, ravens, and seagulls. Flew low, dipped as if to land near jetties but aborted. Seen off to the north.
