This bird was first reported yesterday by Teri Nowak. It was re-found this morning by Andy Sigler. Upon arrival bird was found resting on the water on the far side of the lake. The bird eventually flew, moving closer and providing decent looks. A juvenile bird with scaly buffy brown upper parts, dark primaries and relatively large dark bill. It had a white trailing edge to its flight feathers that tapered off at the inner primaries. Tail base was dark and had a dark outer edge.
