Record shot of a small part of a large flock. Mostly feeding on the ground but flushed to fence line and leafless fruit trees several times.
Observation details
Actual count. Single flock feeding in orchard next to road and occasionally flying up when spooked to perch in leafless fruit trees before dropping to ground again. Did two careful counts given number seems notable - first count was 54, second count was 53. Mostly adults with perhaps 20% juv/imm
