Observation details

Birds continued to flush off of tree branches in ones and twos throughout the grove. While at one end of the trees I had eight in the air at once then saw a few more as we walked back to our car so I think twelve is about right. Gave "peent" calls in flight. More gray and white (less brown) than Lesser Nighthawk with white bar closer to the bend of the wing. Photos of perched bird attached.
