Observation details

A Demoiselle Crane with a green leg-band number. K01 was found at Tehsil Toi Khula, Zarmilana, Lower Waziristan, and reported to Ehsan Ullah, WNCO. According to his source, a total of three banded cranes were there; one was attached with a tracker, but unfortunately, the rings and tracker details could not be retrieved. Yet the search continues. Upon contacting the banders, it was found that it was ringed on 19 July 2024 at the Khurkh River in Khentii province (48.190643N, 110.054935E), Mongolia (comm. Nyambayar Batbayar).
