Thanks Mr. Afsar Nayakkan for giving his camera to take a photo of this bird. This is a heavily cropped image, just for recording purpose. They were far away and very high, perched on electric wires.
Observation details
Photographed. 2 individuals perched on electric wire. Frequently they flew off the perch and returned. After the onset of rain they disappeared.
