Observation details

Continuing rarity reported earlier today by Willie D’Anna. Perched on top of the outer break wall past the main Olcott Piers. Juvenile. Massive brown bird with massive pouched bill. Likely the same pelican that was present for one day at Braddock Bay in Monroe County.
