Observation details
In this area (43.6389722, -122.0391111). Quite vocal. I didn’t recognize the call and when Merlin picked it up, I assumed it was an error. Saw it and was then thinking spotted sandpiper (even though habitat wasn’t right). Once I got my bins up it became apparent though.
