Observation details

Pale gray, almost white head and neck. Blackish wings, salmon flanks and pinkish under belly, very long forked tail. Moving around a rough mown grassy field, fluttering up occasionally to fly catch. Perched atop a chain link fence a few times. Good views with binoculars and spotting scope. Found by Frank Mantlik.
