Observation details

One of the two pigeons reported seemed to be unusually tame (see photo) and somewhat uncoordinated in its movements. Possibly an escape from a local pigeon racing club in Goochland although it was not banded. The other bird reported was seen as a flyover at some distance and flying normally.
