Observation details

Sterna tern with pale primaries, no carpal bar or other COTE field marks, upperwings uniformly pale, larger heard and neck than COTE, and respectable length streamers. Didn’t appear to be in alternate plumage—I could never make out a definitive dark cap. Observed for around 30 minutes
