Observation details

we got a response to playback from above the road, at the same place where we had one earlier. after extensive playback, we had naked-eye views of one dropping through a thicket, but did not have great views of it. another individual sang a few times from across the road. what we think was a third bird was calling behind us, from the shrubby upper edge of a partially cleared area. Fernando and I pursued this individual. we had some naked-eye views of it, and finally I got binoculars on it; the view was partially obscured, although I had a view of parts of the head and back.
