Observation details

Photographed and reported by Frank Campbell who was out on his boat when he found this pelican. The bird was sitting atop a green buoy at the mouth of the Niagara River. Incidentally, Frank also found the Limpkin at Lewiston a few years ago. Frank contacted Willie D’Anna who posted the sighting to the Discord RBA. Unfortunately the bird was not relocated.
