Observation details
Small falcon, seen perched and preening. Heard shrill calls. See photos. I have been hearing this pair almost every day here since April 30 (1.5 months ago), but rarely get a good look. They are often in the tree at 40.439543, -79.924808 and I suspect they are using an old hawk nest there, but I have not been able to get evidence of breeding behavior yet.
